Mitzy

Mitzy was a street dog who had the good luck of crossing paths with May who began feeding and building trust with both her and her street dog friend, Theo.

A family who lived in the area also befriended them and took them in but they later asked us to help place them. We welcomed both dogs with open arms and are forever grateful to Ginny & family for adopting Mitzy & Theo together! 

Mitzy lost her battle with cancer but we’re so glad this adorable, bonded duo was able to stay together for so many years.  We love you, Mitzy and you’re forever in our hearts! ❤️

A note from Mitzy’s loving family:

This sweet baby girl crossed over the rainbow bridge tonight. We are heartbroken that she is no longer with us but so thankful she is not sick and hurting any longer! We absolutely loved Mitzy and will miss her and are thankful we could give her a loving home!
