Bear

One of the most difficult parts of rescue is when a wonderful dog finally finds their way to a loving family but their time together is months instead of years.

We're forever grateful to Ann for rescuing Bear from the streets and for offering to foster!  We got him fully vetted, including going through heartworm treatment and he fit in so well that they realized he was right where he was meant to be and adopted him.

#ProjectBear was estimated to be 7 years old when he was rescued from the streets in November 2022, and he passed away on May 31.

We're so glad he found the loving family he deserved all along and was able to experience the joys of home life! We're heartbroken by his loss and extend our deepest condolences to his family Ann's note: "Had to say goodbye to this sweet boy today!! My heart is broken! I love this little boy so much! "Rest In Peace sweet boy, we love you and you’re forever in our hearts!
